EVERYONE DESERVES
A PLACE ON THE MAT.

John knows what it means to move through spaces where you don't always fit the expected mold.

As a Black fighter from Dorchester who was diagnosed with autism at 33, his experiences shaped not only the fighter and coach he became, but the kind of dojo he wanted to build.

Doomsday Defense is intentionally a place where people can show up as themselves, be treated with respect and discover what they're capable of.

That commitment includes creating an affirming environment for LGBTQ+ students and a supportive training space for neurodiverse students and families.

At Doomsday, respect isn't a slogan. It's the standard.
