Choose the membership that fits your family.

Doomsday Younglings is our youth Jiu-Jitsu program built to help kids develop confidence, discipline, coordination, resilience, and real martial arts skills in an environment where they can learn, move, challenge themselves, and have fun.

And at Doomsday, parents have a choice. You can cheer from the sidelines. Or you can step onto the mat with them.

YOUNGLING + GROWN-UP MEMBERSHIP

This membership gives your family access to four training opportunities every week, including two classes where you and your Youngling train together. You're learning together. Getting stronger together. Figuring things out together. And building something that belongs to both of you. Because your child doesn't always need someone cheering from the sidelines. Sometimes they need someone willing to step onto the mat with them.

NOT READY TO GET ON THE MAT?

That's completely fine.

Your Youngling can train independently with Coaches A and Tony through the $150 Youngling Membership while you support them from the sidelines.

And if watching them eventually makes you think, maybe I could do this too, the mats will still be here.

MEET THE YOUNGLINGS COACHES

Coach A + Coach Tony

At Doomsday Defense Dojo, we focus on teaching kids how to move, get strong, and build real athleticism. We start with the basics of body coordination and skill building, and then we translate that directly into grappling. But for us, Jiu-Jitsu is about much more than just the physical moves. We use training to teach respect—for yourself, your teammates, and the adults around you.

We believe in healthy competition and teaching students how to handle pressure in a group setting. Our goal is to help build a stronger, more resilient nervous system so our students can stay calm under pressure and feel confident performing in front of others.

As coaches, we feel we bring a unique, balanced dynamic to the mats:

Coach A - a Marine Corps veteran that brings that signature structure and discipline to coaching, but always pairs it with a ton of fun. Over 10 years of coaching experience, including gymnastics, jiu jitsu and recreational sports.

Coach Tony - a deeply well-rounded martial arts background, holding a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu and a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Together, we combine our backgrounds to create an environment where you get the best of both worlds: serious, high-level learning and a great time.

WHAT WILL MY YOUNGLING LEARN?

This is bigger than learning Jiu-Jitsu techniques.

Younglings will work on:

Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals
Learning foundational positions, movements, techniques, and how to safely work with a training partner.

Confidence
Becoming more comfortable trying new things, working through challenges, and trusting their growing abilities.

Coordination + Body Awareness
Developing balance, movement, control, and an understanding of how their body moves.

Discipline
Learning to listen, practice, stay focused, and understand that improvement comes through consistency.

Problem-Solving
Jiu-Jitsu is physical chess. Younglings learn to think, adjust, and find solutions when the first approach doesn't work.

Teamwork + Respect
Learning how to be a great training partner, respect coaches and teammates, and contribute to the culture of the room.

Age-Appropriate Self-Defense Skills
Building awareness and practical skills while emphasizing control, confidence, and responsible use of what they learn.

BUILT FOR BEGINNERS

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Your child does not need to already be athletic, coordinated, confident, flexible, or familiar with martial arts.

That's what training is for.

We expect Younglings to be learning.

We expect them to make mistakes.

We expect some things to feel awkward before they feel natural.

The goal isn't perfection. The goal is progress.

Every time they step onto the mats, they have another opportunity to become a little stronger, a little more confident, and a little more capable than they were before.
